Scherz beiseite.

Im zarten Alter von 8 Jahren schlug sie mit ihren Eltern in Berlin auf. Rumänien fanden sie nicht mehr toll. Singen war schon damals ihre große Leidenschaft. Was liegt da näher, als sich von Jocelyn B. Smith schleifen zu lassen. Ein erstes Album floppte fatal. Doch die darauf folgende Phase der Verzweiflung gehörte zum Plan. Denn wer am Boden liegt, kann tiefer nicht mehr fallen und entsprechend frisch ins Geschäft zurückstoßen.

Das tat die "rumänische Balkan Queen" Ruth Maria Renner aka Miss Platnum am 25.05.2007 mit der Veröffentlichung ihres zweiten Albums "Chefa" beim Label Four Music, von dem ich törichterweise dachte, es existiert gar nicht mehr. Gleich für ihr erstes Video zu "Give me the food" führte Zoran Bihac Regie, der auch schon Clips für Rammstein, Freundeskreis, die Fanta 4 und die Turntablerocker inszeniert hat und sich momentan durch jedes von MTV Germany eigenproduzierte "Masters" drückt.

Asche auf mein Haupt, aber all das ging an mir vorbei. Erst vor ein paar Tagen sah ich, wieder zur späten Stunde, dieses bezaubernde Video:

Darüber hinaus möchte ich vom Album "Chefa" dringend empfehlen:
die 2 Fress- Hymnen "Butter" und bereits erwähntes "Give me the food", "Chefa" und den Gänsehaut- Track "Voodoo". Songtext nach Gehör weil nicht im Google drinne, daher eventuell fehlerhaft aber trotzdem soooo schön:
